Please read these terms carefully. They apply whenever you contact BookRecovery 24/7 Vehicle Recovery or use this website to request vehicle recovery or transport.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry, calling, or messaging us does not by itself confirm a booking. A recovery or transport job is only confirmed once we have agreed the vehicle, locations, price and timing with you directly. Quoted prices are estimates until confirmed and may change if the details provided are inaccurate or the job differs from what was described.
Response times
We operate 24 hours a day and aim to reach you as quickly as possible. Any arrival window shown on this website is a typical estimate based on location and road access. It is not a guarantee — actual timing depends on traffic, weather, driver availability and the nature of the recovery.
Your responsibilities
You must give accurate vehicle and location information and have the authority to request recovery of the vehicle. Please remove valuables where possible and make the vehicle and its location safe and accessible. If you are in a dangerous position, for example on a motorway or live carriageway, follow official safety guidance and contact the emergency services first.
Pricing and payment
Prices depend on the vehicle, distance, access and timing. We will confirm the price before work begins. Additional charges may apply where a job proves more complex than described, for example a vehicle that is more difficult to load or located somewhere with restricted access.
Liability
We take reasonable care during recovery and transport. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
