A small hatchback is quicker and easier to load than a large SUV, van or 4x4. Prestige and classic vehicles that need extra care or enclosed transport are priced accordingly.
Running or non-runner
Cars that start and roll load quickly. Non-runners, MOT failures, seized or accident-damaged vehicles need winching and take longer, which affects the price.
Urgency & timing
A planned collection booked in advance is usually cheaper than an immediate, middle-of-the-night emergency recovery. Weekends and bank holidays can also differ.
Access & location
